At BTC you can make full use of your technical expertise and passion for trucks. To expand our team, we are looking for a new colleague as Repairman Trucks. You are the saving grace for diagnoses, repairs and preventive maintenance. You will go to customers’ premises and be part of the on-call service. You will be part of a team of 3 colleagues. As a result, a helpline is always available if needed. You will report to the Chief Atelier.
About you
Duties of your future job
- Establishing truck diagnostics
- Analysing work orders
- Carrying out repairs according to regulations
- Working with IVECO’s proprietary software
- Detecting malfunctions
- Repair work on site at customers
- Reporting technical problems
- Informing the warehouse of required spare parts
- Working according to the predefined safety and quality standards
- Standby service for breakdowns 1 week out of 3
Your Profile
- Good knowledge of automotive technology
- Curious to learn
- Working under pressure and stressful situations
- Agile with new software
- Willing to work 1 out of 3 weeks on standby duty (you can be called up 24/24)
- The other 2 weeks you will work in daytime hours from 08h00 – 17h00
- Certificates HEV1 and HEV2 are a strong plus
- You have a good command of the Dutch (or French) language
- You can easily travel to Groot-Bijgaarden
